I know I said I wouldn't review Rabadaba until after I got paid... but I decided to jump the gun.
So, Rabadaba, let me count the ways I love thee...
1. It's a crazy easy money making app. I mean, crazy easy.
Rabadaba works in multiple ways! You can earn money by upvoting, downvoting, redabbing (re-posting) and flagging content. You also earn when others upvote your content or give you tips! Pretty easy! Each upvote or downvote is equal to $0.0001, I know that seems low but it grows quickly!
So here's the complete money breakdown
1 Rab = $0.0001 USD
5,000 = $0.50
10,000 = $1.00
100,000 = $10.00
500,000 = $50.00
1,000,000 = $100.00
Rabadaba pays you automatically on the 15th of each month. Super easy money!
And seriously, it won't take long. I started about a week ago and I'm at 5,907 (I originally wrote this a month ago, I am now at 33,434). Not too shabby in my opinion.
2. I can pretty much post anything I want and it will help me earn!
You can post pictures of yourself, your kids, your dogs, the broken sprinkler in your backyard. You can post poems, texts you got last night, how many hairs you found in your toddler's hand. Did you take a video of a bird chasing you in the park? Post it all! people on here will eat it up and help you earn even more money!
3. Can I just repeat the main reason I love it? FREE MONEY!
The payout is at $10, but you can set it for an even higher amount if you'd prefer to save up. They pay to paypal on the 15th of every month. They're even so confident in their app that there is a tag called #paymentproof. This app just blows me away.
So, you downloaded the app, you've uploaded some pictures/text/videos, but the earning is going slow? Well, start following people! Usually around half of the people you follow will follow you back, and most of those people will go through your entire history of pictures and upvote or favorite them! You can also participate or hold "rab" giveaways or even just start up conversations with other people on Rabadaba. Then come back again tomorrow and do it all over again!
Even though all that will help you earn more faster, it is not needed. All you really have to do is upvote/downvote other content. It might take longer, but it's still free money.
Overall I HIGHLY recommend downloading this app. Like right now... go on... open the play store or itunes.
Then once it's installed come follow me @LazyMom
Now go, earn some money!
As you have noticed by now I am a day late posting. I apologize. I have been slacking blog wise. But, I have been getting myself and my family ready for the next few months! I can't give out any real information, but over the next few months I will be traveling around the country with my son and mother! So, needless to say there is a lot to do and we need to squeeze in a bunch of family time while we can.
But, onto why you are here...
How I did this week!
Apps Total – ⇑ $8.16 ($6.65 down from last week's $14.81.)
Local Yard Sale Page – $0 – ⇑ $0
Total for the week…
Only two apps really hit it big this week. For some reason QuickThoughts gave me a bunch of surveys this week, resulting in the $5.50 bump! Most profitable week I've ever had from that app.
I also hit a home run with SwagBucks. They had an incentive this week that for some reason I was drawn to. It was essentially a bingo card and if you filled it out entirely you got an additional 300 swagbucks. It wasn't easy, but I did it. I doubt I'll have another big jump like that again for a while.
I will not guarantee any additional posts this week since I seem to be missing that mark. But, if I do post another one it will be a review on Rabadaba and maybe a few others! So stay tuned if you'd like more information on my new apps.
So this week has been productive with finding more ways to earn money, but because of that I've been slacking off on a few of the apps I already have.. Oops! So most of the new things I found I won't mention in this post, but as soon as I start seeing some revenue from them I'll let you know if they're worth your time! I am going to add two more this week, because I have been "earning" from them, but I'm still iffy on one of them.
⇒ Also, I've been reading that Cash Rewards doesn't pay out. So steer clear of that app (even though it's on my list) at least until I can verify if it pays out or not.
Anyway, onto this week's earnings!
Apps Total – ⇑ $14.81 ($0.65 down from last week's $15.46.)
Local Yard Sale Page – $1349 – ⇑ $15.00
Total for the week…
I also added two more apps, but nothing has come from them yet. Bounts and Influenster. Later this week I'll add a review of all the new apps I've installed recently, and maybe even touch on a few other things I've been trying out!
Until next time! ♥
Apps Total – ⇑ $15.46 ($5.34 up from last week's $10.12!)
Local Yard Sale Page – $1334 – ⇑ $5.00
Total for the week…
Not my best week. I have been focusing more on packing and sorting over selling and earning. Though I think this is one of my better weeks app wise. Ibotta had a couple of rebates that I actually wanted to use! All in all I think I did alright. I did add another app that I'm trying out, though I'm not too impressed yet. So, we'll talk about that more later...
I have a couple more things up for sale so I should have a little more in sales for this week. I also got a wonderful gift from my amazing Grandmother to help me recoup my losses, as soon as I transfer it to my saving I'll add it into the tally!
Thanks again Grandma!
As you are all aware by now I am constantly on the lookout for new apps to use to make a little extra cash using just my phone. I surf the net reading reviews, weeding out the biased ones from the real ones, and then trying the best looking ones myself. Honestly, sometimes I dislike an app so much that I uninstall it before I even remember to write about it! (And I apologize for that, I'll try to remember to find all the ones I hate and write about why.)
Panel App - This is something that you can run in your background of your phone, and earn money from passively. Of course, you aren’t going to make lot off this app, but you can make a few dollars by doing pretty much nothing as long as this app is downloaded on your phone.
The company collects data for the purpose of analytics, so, if you are comfortable in sharing basic information such as your location services and phone usage, you can earn some money from this app.
So far it's been slow going. I've only earned 241 points and you need 3,000 for just $2. But for doing absolutely nothing, I still feel like it's worth leaving installed on my phone.
Cash Rewards - This one feel a bit more iffy. But it has a wheel that gives you free points just for spinning. You can also earn points by watching ads, doing "offers" (download items to your phone and surveys), and a slot machine.
You can cash out for $1 amazon gift card when you reach 600 points. So again, not a fast app, but something is better than nothing!
I also recently found out about an app called COSIGN. It says that you can take pictures of your everyday life with tag name brands of clothes or items that are in the picture and earn money for doing so! Worth a shot right? I'll look into it and let you know if it's worth your time.
So, I'm trying to get better at this whole blogging thing, obviously I still need to work a bit harder!
But, it was a pretty successful week app wise! BerryCart is still possibly on the chopping block. I've decided to give it until the end of this month. If I have not made any money with it by then, it's jumping ship!
Apps Total – ⇑ $10.12 (Four dollars up from last week's $6.03!)
Local Yard Sale Page – $1329 – ⇑ 26

Slowly making up for my lost cash.
For my next post I'll be reviewing a few more apps I've run across! Swing by in a few days to read more!
Oops! Seems this week went by without a second blog post. Sorry about that!
This week was pretty crazy. More cleaning, sorting, and such. We got a storage unit this week, it is officially ours tomorrow! So we started getting boxes from our local grocery store, (For free! Thanks to the fact that they're doing inventory right now.) so we can actually get to packing and getting things sorted in the unit.
But onto the real reason you are here... how I did this week...
Drum roll please!...
Apps Total – ⇑ $6.03 (Only down by $0.03 from last week's $6.07!)

Ouch, that hurts!
So let me explain what happened here. Because of moving costs our checking account balance was super low, but I foolishly decided this would be the week I should get a baby carrier. It has become increasingly difficult to pack and hold my son at the same time, since he insists that he must be held while I work. So I pulled about $170 out of my saving (ouch ouch...) to put toward my carrier and so we could have cash on us while we were out just in case. Well my carrier ended up being about $50 (It's a Tula... so expensive, but supposedly worth it?) and we used $20 to treat the three of us to lunch. So by now you're probably wondering where the other $100 went. Well, I'm wondering the exact same thing.
We were cleaning last night, and it just vanished. I thought I put it away, but it's not where it belongs. I have looked everywhere, I even tore apart the trash bag we took out last night. So, please keep your fingers crossed for me that it will turn up!
Last but not least, it is the end of the month! That means I get to try to cash out with my apps. And after going through each and every one of them, I can only cash out with one.
QuickThoughts cash out - $10 Amazon gift card
I'll update my info for QuickThoughts' on next week's roundup!
Is it Monday already? Geeze. Time sure flies. Well, here is this week's breakdown!
Apps Total – ⇑ $6.07 (Way down from last week's $24.17!)
Local Yard Sale Page – $1448 – ⇑ $83 (Way UP from last week's $30!)

I think I did pretty solid this week selling stuff around the house. I finally started cleaning out the car port's closet. Still a lot to do and go through before I move!
Having a garage sale can be hard work. You go through your entire house looking for stuff to sell, then you have to price everything and put it out. Putting it out involves tables or blankets, and if you don't have a garage that closes you will most likely be packing it up every evening. With all that time and effort you're going to want to get the most out of your time. Here are a few tips to do just that.
Not too many new apps, so this will be a short post.
I am constantly on the lookout for more money making apps and I think I've found a few more. Please keep in mind I am still testing out all of my apps, and if anything changes I will let you know!
Job Spotter (android)- Seems easy enough to make a little extra cash here! Pretty much all you do is find "Help Wanted" signs posted in the windows of stores around you. For every 100 points you earn you get $1 Amazon gift card. Simple! There is even an ongoing competition for sending in the most "Help Wanted" signs. First place gets $300! (But it's hard to achieve, the top person right now has 29800 points.
Fiverr (android, ios)- I used to use this site all the time when it first appeared on the internet. I stopped using it because the site got very flooded and the amount of effort needed to make $5 was ridiculous. Thankfully it seems now that things have leveled out a bit, and making some money seems promising again. I haven't decided yet what I would like to sell on there yet, but as soon as I do I'll post it here.
I'm also starting to dislike Swagbucks again. The amount of time and effort you have to put in to get anything in return is ridiculous! I'm not saying I'm ready to give it up again just yet... But if I had a real job, I would not be wasting my time doing their annoying tasks for less than a penny.
Come back again Friday when I give you my tips and tricks to hosting a lucrative garage sale!
It's Monday! Time for the review of how I did with my money-making apps.
Apps Total - ⇑ $24.17
Local Yard Sale Page - $1365 - ⇑ $30
Total for the week...
This week I added in three new apps; Inbox Dollars, Job Spotter, and NCP Mobile. Tune in next time for a review of these new apps!
As you have all probably figured out by now I don't like putting much effort into things. Not saying I won't put in forth any effort ever, I will if I need to, I just don't like to. And in some ways that ends up being a good thing, because I usually end up figuring out the "lazy way" of getting things done. But back to the topic at hand. I hate making goals. We were taught about goals back in grade school. Our teachers tried to instill the importance of setting a goal and following it as best as possible. I'm not sure if I just never grasped the concept, or if I always aimed much too high, but I always failed. Every goal I made always made me feel like I was a terrible person for not being able to finish my goals. So I stopped trying. Until today! I've decided to give this goal thing another shot. So let's break down goal making to it's simplest form.... What do you want? Now I don't mean in a daydream kind of way, I'm talking realistically. Because, sure, everyone wants to make a million dollars in a year, but is everyone? No probably not. So what do you realistically want. For me it's comfort, a safety net. To be more specific, I would like to save away $50,000 over a period of 10 years. Why $50,000 and why 10 years? Well to me $50k that feels like a good start to a solid retirement and a big safety net if things fall apart. 10 years makes that number realistic and obtainable. So that's my goal. So let's break it down just a bit more, I promise, I'm too lazy to make this extremely complicated! So in order to save $50k I would need to put away about $15 a day over the course of 10 years (or around $450 a month) *(Yes, I know my math isn't spot on, I'm too lazy to work with exacts.) Somehow I have to rake in an extra $450 a month, without having a regular job. (The cost of childcare would pretty much kill anything I would want to save away, so to me it's pointless) How can one person make $450 a month without actually getting a job? Start a blog! Yes, I know I won't make $450 a month right away, but trust me this is the way to start. I have read so many blogs from so many different people saying that blogging is the way they're able to save any money away. So between this blog and the silly apps I've been using on my phone I feel confident and I have a wonderful start to my goal. It might be a few years before I can say I'm hitting my goal of putting away $15 a day, but at least I've started!
